I began my diet at 275 lbs. I tried a lot of diets without success. So I decided to try Slim Fast. It looks easy enough....mix 1 cup of 2% milk with 1 scoop of Slim Fast meal replacement mix. And I added a little excersize. It's been about 4 months and I've lost 48 lbs. Do you realize how much 48 lbs really are? 48 lbs are the same as 3 sixteen pound bowling balls. I feel better. I'm weighing in at 227 lbs and I'm not through yet. I also reduced the meal portion size and stopped taking second helpings. I'm also sleeping better. My goal is 195 lbs. Thanks Slim Fast.

I am in love with this product. Add a cup of coffee to the mix with skim milk and it tastes even better! Will keep buying for the results I am seeing are just too good. Oh and it TASTES AMAZING!

I usually buy small containers of Slim Fast at my neighborhood store, but this large plastic bag of Slim Fast is a great bargain. I plan to buy my Slim Fast from Amazon from now in.

no real complaints. i bought it to make some shakes that would keep me satisfied for a longer period of time, trying to lose a little weight after a baby and replacing 2 meals a day with this (shake made with ice, almond milk, frozen banana, 1 scoop mix) has helped me lose 30lb in the last 3-4 months. it tastes pretty good, ive noticed that i havent had any cravings for candies, ice cream, etc since i started drinking this. it has a decent chocolate taste surprisingly, i figured it wouldnt be that good (others ive tried werent either) but the shake i make reminds me of a wendys chocolate frosty. i like mixing 1 tbsp in 1 cup of greek yogurt with some strawberries on the side too!

It is very easy to use, both milk and water can dissolve the powder. But the added suger is just too much for meal replacement.

I use the royal chocolate shake as directed daily. I blend the 8oz. fat-free milk, one scoop of product, and 2 ice cubes...an absolutely delicious meal replacement shake. I stay full and I feel better because of the high vitamin and mineral content. I've yet to experience significant or any weight loss but it's only been a week of using.
