I started buying the Costco 40lb bags of wood pellets for a smoker. Started looking for a sturdy container that would fit the entire 40lbs and keep moisture out. Found it.

This one is labeled as a 35lb container, measures roughly 12"' x 12" x 18", and as you can see from the pics, fit the 40lb bag of pellets with room to spare. It has handles/grooves to assist with carrying. The top screws on. The material/build is great, sturdy, and looks made to last.

This would be great for dog food, and we plan on buying a smaller one of these for the dog. He's a small breed, so we don't need a container this large for him.
